2016: call for applications

The call for applications in 2016 supported long-term and short-term projects. Both are aiming at creating long term cooperation beyond the project period. Cooperation with enterprises in public and private sector are encouraged and minimum half of the funding will be given to projects that have this link.

  • Short term projects can be supported by up to NOK 300 000 over 2 years. The overall financial frame for this measure is 1.7 MNOK. 
  • Application deadline: expired
  • Long term projects can be supported by up to NOK 2 million over 4 years. The overall financial frame for this measure is 24 MNOK.

About the programme

The partnership program for North America supports cooperation between Norway, USA and Canada, to develop institutionally anchored partnerships of high quality. Central objectives are increased academic cooperation, increased connections between research and education, increased collaboration with enterprises in the public and private sectors, and increased student mobility.
