The Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Education (SIU) is constantly looking to recruit new external evaluators to assist us in the assessment of applications received under the various international education programmes in our portfolio.
Presently, we wish to recruit external evaluators to the following programmes:

Terms and conditions
Evaluators will receive a fixed remuneration for familiarisation with the programme documents and attendance at introduction seminars (if any), as well as a fixed sum per application assessed (based on estimated averaged time consumption). The rates for remuneration are based on the applicable governmental rates for committee work, as set out in the Personnel Handbook for State Employees (Statens personalhåndbok).
Evaluators engaged by SIU will receive specific requests for assistance well in advance of the each evaluation round. Such requests will specify the number of applications requested evaluated, as well as relevant deadlines and remuneration rates. The evaluation work is carried out using SIU’s online application and evaluation systems.
